Terry Bush serves as the Company’s CEO and CTO along with serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Trilithic. Mr. Bush previously served in various capacities including SVP of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Bush also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Trilithic’s Thailand-based manufacturing subsidiary, Trilithic Asia Company, Ltd.
As CEO, Mr. Bush provides visionary and strategic leadership for the Company by establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Mr. Bush directly oversees Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and the XFTP distribution business. As CTO, Mr. Bush is responsible for the Company’s technical vision along with the development and future growth of the Company’s customer-focused products, services and processes.
Mr. Bush has had an extensive career in the communications industry, beginning in 1980 as a CATV system engineer and progressing into CATV system management. Before assuming his executive position with Trilithic, Mr. Bush served for 7 years as Technical Support Manager with the former Wavetek. Mr. Bush holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Purdue University and was named Distinguished Alumni in 2005. Mr. Bush is a widely known and respected leader in the communications test and measurement industry who holds multiple patents resulting from his research and development work. Mr. Bush served on the Board of Directors of the SCTE and for 10 years on the SCTE Engineering Committee.
Mr. Bush is an avid car, coin, and model rocket enthusiast.
Jeri Woodcock serves as Trilithic’s Sr. Vice President and CFO. In the role, Ms. Woodcock manages all aspects of accounting, audit, tax, insurance, benefits, budget, banking, and the related functions and staff. Ms. Woodcock serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Trilithic’s Thailand-based manufacturing subsidiary, Trilithic Asia Company, Ltd. Ms. Woodcock also serves as the Financial Director of Trilithic Asia, overseeing all administrative functions of the subsidiary.
Ms. Woodcock holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and successfully sat for the CPA exam in 2000. Ms. Woodcock has more than 35 years of experience in the accounting and manufacturing environments in test and measurement. She began her career at the Texscan Instruments Division as an accounting clerk and was promoted to Cost Accountant and General Accountant before Texscan was acquired by Trilithic in March of 1989. Ms. Woodcock became Trilithic's Accounting Manager in the acquisition, Controller and eventually CFO.
Ms. Woodcock enjoys time with her family, including her first grandson.
As the Vice President of Engineering for Trilithic, Gary Sinde is responsible for all research and design activities of the Company. Mr. Sinde works closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality and Sales & Marketing in his role as the leader of Engineering. Mr. Sinde’s individual design work has been focused on the signal level meter and return monitoring product lines.
Mr. Sinde previously held the titles of Director of Instrument Engineering and Design Engineer for Trilithic and has over 25 years' experience in design and manufacturing of embedded electronics and firmware with 20 years specifically dedicated to design of communication test instrumentation. Mr. Sinde is a graduate of Purdue University with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a focus on signal processing. Before joining Trilithic, Mr. Sinde designed Autopilot firmware for the US Navy ES-3A aircraft.
Mr. Sinde enjoys fishing and auto racing in his spare time.
John Bush serves as Trilithic’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Bush, as the sales leader, is responsible for overseeing Trilithic’s sales, marketing, applications engineering and support teams. Mr. Bush ensures professional development of his team and manages the Company’s outside representative and distributor partners globally.
Mr. Bush joined Trilithic in 2004 as a member of the manufacturing staff. Mr. Bush rapidly advanced through successive roles in Technical Applications Support, Sales Engineering and Systems Sales before assuming the title of Vice President.
Mr. Bush enjoys fishing and gaming in his extra time.
