Installed on a PC within the broadcast station and configured to monitor as many as eight EASyCAST™ Encoder/Decoders, EASy Console software provides a convenient way to alert operators of incoming EAS messages.
EASy Console runs as a background program in Windows®, and is transparent to the operator until a monitored EASyCAST Encoder/Decoder alerts the EASy Console program of an incoming alert. The EASy Console software visually and audibly alerts the operator of an incoming alert.
The EASy Console software gives operators unrivaled flexibility in editing and customizing EAS messaging. When distributing EAS messaging to a Visionary™ or Visionarys, operators have control over all on-screen properties:
Once an alert has been received by EASy Console, the operator has the ability to edit, send, or abort the alert message. With time being critical in EAS message distribution, the EASy Console software is specifically designed to allow convenient, fast editing of EAS messages. Upon notification of an incoming message, the operator can immediately retransmit the message. Should any modifications to the EAS message be necessary – such as the inclusion of a station logo or a photograph to accompany an Amber Alert – EASy Console’s intuitive interface allows for quick message turn-around and retransmission.
EASy Console can receive EAS messaging from as many as eight EASyCAST Encoder/Decoders. EASy Console can control up to eight Visionarys for each EASyCAST Encoder/Decoder: EAS messaging can be distributed on as many as 64 Visionarys.

If the EAS product is diagnosed as having failed for reasons other than the exclusions listed above, please call 888-895-7629 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
All returned merchandise must have the symptom clearly identified in writing, signed by the authorized representative of the sender and attached to the failed product. All returned merchandise must bear the RMA Number clearly marked in large numerals on the outside of the shipping carton.

EAS products returned without an RMA number clearly marked are subject to a twenty percent (20%) processing fee.
Trilithic, Inc. offers an optional EAS warranty period extension of two (2) years on materials and five (5) years on workmanship from the expiration of the original warranty period. This option must be exercised at the time of the original product purchase.
