This firmware is for the EASyIP Encoder/Decoder for IPTV systems; for cable systems please use the EASyPLUS firmware and software update and broadcast systems please use the EASyCAST firmware and software update.

• EASyIPTV Firmware Version 8.03, EASyNIC Firmware Version 3.04
• Added Morehouse, LA (022067) and Natchitoches, LA (022069) FIPS codes
• Resolved a problem that could cause the last ¼ second of CAP audio to be clipped off
• Fixed a problem that caused Spanish audio from the previous alert to be delivered with an EAN to the Mediaroom Adapter software.

• Added the ability to configure two custom Event codes.
• Changed the priority for inserting new messages into the duplicate list so that if the list is full, new messages will overwrite expired messages, or if all messages are still active new messages will overwrite the oldest message. The capacity of the duplicate list was also expanded to accommodate the possibility of more alert traffic from the CAP domain.
• Fixed a problem in the Log to correct receive timestamps for CAP messages.
• Added an option to send an EOM when a user aborts a message in progress to DNCS and EAC devices.
• Updated SCTE-18 messages
  • Added SCTE-18 Descriptors, up to 4 can be configured. Custom, in-band details channel, in-band exceptions, NDS, and Vecima descriptors are supported
  • Modified SCTE-18 messages so the continuity counter is contiguous for each recipient
  • Added ability to repeat new SCTE-18 messages a configured number of times
